A LITTLE ABOUT US

 

    Theresa and I started working together about two years ago and have enjoyed our partnership ever since. We are a high functioning team while working with home shoppers, home sellers, and assisting with everyday real estate questions.

   We are diverse with marketing approaches and techniques, are very wise regarding contracts and legalities, and are fully and wholeheartedly here to help our clients achieve their goals in and around Real Estate.

    Some people think that Real Estate is a dry sort of business, and I have to admit it was for me at one time too, until I realized how much passion and meaning work can have when helping people transition into the next phases of their life.  

   It took two years learning the ins and outs of Real Estate when I finally realized that buying and selling homes is more than just a legal exchange of ownership for which an agent can manage. What I have come to know is that, it really is the moment when individuals are making big steps in their lives. The newlyweds searching for a home in a tough market, children of parents who have recently passed or can no longer live unassisted in their homes, job seekers looking at opportunities in other areas, or the soon to be retired looking for financial stability with income property to enjoy and realize their retirement hopes and dreams, wow, the list continues and continues. Whether the situation, be it happy or sad it really is a true gift to have the opportunity to share in the joys or help ease the transition during the more difficult times.

    When Theresa was eight years old, more years than she cares to recall,  she can remember coming home from school for lunch and her Dad practicing his real estate knowledge using her as his client.  Even though Real Estate runs in the family’s veins, shortly after graduating Theresa ventured out into Corporate America working with some of the top Software companies around the world, in  Europe, China, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, negotiating and selling. Little did she know how invaluable those worldly skills would be in the diverse culture of the Bay Area. The experience has given her invaluable insights and knowledge strengthening her ability to work successfully with so many of the beautiful cultures she is grateful to meet in my everyday business. She welcomes each client with hospitality and warmth and she is passionate about exceptional customer service and wouldn't dream of providing anything less.
